Component-Based Troubleshooting (CBT) for G3600 Engines can now be accessed through SIS Web. Symptoms are available for the following topics: diagnostic codes, starting related problems, prelube related problems and performance related problems.
CBT is a technique which begins with a symptom. CBT suggests the appropriate information that includes links to SIS Web that allow a technician to focus on suspect components.
Feedback is encouraged and feedback can be submitted directly to the engineer that is responsible for the data. Necessary enhancements to the data for CBT are capable of being published to the web daily at engineer's discretion.
