Installation Procedure

- Position gasket (4) on the front housing.

- Attach a suitable lifting device to auxiliary water pump (5). The weight of the auxiliary water pump is approximately 23 kg (50 lb). Position the auxiliary water pump on the front housing.
- Install nuts (3) .
- Position the elbow on the auxiliary water pump and install clamp (1). Tighten the clamp to a torque of 20 N·m (15 lb ft). Position the elbow on the auxiliary water pump and install clamp (2). Tighten the clamp to a torque of 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
