New Decals Permit Easier Identification Of Fuel System Settings On Most Truck Engines{7557}

Usage:

New identification decals are used on the valve rocker arm covers of most truck engines. In addition to the engine model, the new decals show the original horsepower setting of the fuel system. Also, where there are differences, the decals show "Intercity", "Economy", or "C" for California fuel system settings, according to the engine application. This will permit faster, easier identification of the original factory setting for the fuel system.

When any changes are made to the fuel system setting, it will be necessary to install new decals for correct identification. On any engines where possible changes are not known, check the engine serial number and arrangement number on the serial number plate for positive identification of the original setting.
