Watchdog Alarm - Troubleshoot
A 602 alarm is a watchdog alarm. A watchdog alarm can be generated during engine cranking. In order to prevent this alarm, a separate constant supply of 24 VDC to the regulator should be provided. If a constant supply of 24 VDC is not available, then remove all battery power to the regulator during engine cranking in order to prevent the 602 alarm.
