Welding Precaution
适当的焊接工艺对于避免发动机电子控制模块（ECM）、可能配备的清洁排放模块（CEM）、传感器和相关部件损坏至关重要。 另外还应当考虑从动设备的部件。 拆下需要进行焊接的部件。 当在配备 ECM 的发动机上进行焊接而又不可能将部件拆下来时，必须遵循下述步骤。 此步骤对电子部件的危害程度最小。
- 停止发动机。 断开 ECM 的电源。
- 确保关断通往发动机的燃料供应。
- 从蓄电池上断开蓄电池负极电缆。 如果安装了蓄电池断路开关，应断开此开关。
- 从导线线束上断开所有电气部件。 电子部件包括以下部件：
- 从动设备的电气部件
- 发动机 ECM
- 传感器
- 从动设备的电气部件
- 可能时，将焊机接地夹直接连接到将要焊接的发动机部件上。 尽可能将夹子夹在焊接点附近。 就近连接可降低焊接电流损坏发动机轴承、电气部件和其他部件的可能性。
