在用测试设备进行测试之前,先对冷却系统进行目视检查。

    ------ WARNING! ------

    溢出的带压液体可能导致人身伤害。

    如果压力表上显示有压力值,从散热器上拆卸任何软管之前,应先按压放气阀来释放压力。


  1. 检查冷却系统中的冷却液液位。 必要时添加冷却液。

    如果冷却液液位过低,空气就会进入冷却系统中。 冷却系统中的空气会降低冷却液流量。 空气会产生气泡,造成气穴。 冷却液中的气泡也会降低冷却能力。

  1. 检查冷却液的质量。 冷却液应具有下述性质:

    • 颜色应与新冷却液相似

    • 气味应与新冷却液相似

    • 无污染

    • 性质由发动机的操作与保养手册建议。

    如果冷却液不具备这些性质,排放并冲洗系统。 根据发动机的操作与保养手册加注冷却系统。

  1. 检查冷却系统中有无空气。 空气可以通过不同渠道进入冷却系统。 以下条件造成冷却系统中有空气:

    • 冷却系统加注不正确

    • 燃烧气体泄漏到冷却系统中

    燃烧气体可由于以下条件进入系统:内部裂纹, 缸盖损坏 和 缸盖密封垫损坏。

  1. 检查散热器。 确保未限制气流。 查看有无下列情况。 必要时进行校正。

    • 弯曲翼片

    • 折叠芯之间的碎屑

    • 风扇叶片损坏

  1. 检查压力盖。

    如果测压口无法在冷却系统上保持正确的压力,则发动机会变得过热。 冷却系统压力下降会降低水的沸点温度。

  1. 检查冷却系统软管和卡箍。

    通常都会发现因损坏而渗漏的软管。 没有可见渗漏的软管可能在运行期间软化。 软管的软化区域会在使用过程中扭折或压扁。 软管的这些区域会对冷却液流形成阻力。 软管可能在一段时间后开裂。 软管的内侧会老化,软管松动颗粒会对冷却液流形成阻力。

  1. 检查电动水温调节器。

    水温调节器不开启或仅部分开启可能导致过热。

    水温调节器不闭合可产生过冷。

  1. 检查发动机水泵和辅助泵。

    发动机运行期间,检查泵排水孔的流体泄露,并且在发动机停转时检查有无泄露。 如果冷却液或者机油从排水孔中泄露,则更换泵。

    叶轮损坏的水泵无法泵送足量的冷却液以提供正确的冷却液流量。 这会影响发动机的操作温度。 拆下水泵,检查叶轮是否损坏。 同时检查泵壳体内部有无叶轮产生的刮痕。
