Radiator Core - Remove

Start By:
- Remove the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install".
- Remove the cowling. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cowling (Radiator) - Remove and Install".
- Remove the aftercoolers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Aftercooler - Remove".
- Drain the coolant into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".

Repeat for the rear of the radiator. Remove bolts (12) from each side of the radiator. Remove top tank (10). Remove seals (13).

33 kg (73 lb) . The weight of the outer two radiator cores is approximately27 kg (60 lb) . - Remove radiator core (16) and seal (17).
