不适当的吊具会使被吊装设备翻倒，造成伤害和损坏。
- 拆下将发动机油底壳 (2)连接到缸体的螺栓 (3)。
- 将工具 (A) 和适当的起吊设备连接到发动机吊耳上。 G3520 发动机的重量约为
21600 kg (47620 lb) 。 发动机油底壳 (2) 的重量约为600 kg (1323 lb) 。 - 从发动机油底壳 (2) 上升起发动机。

- 按与拆卸相反的顺序安装发动机油底壳 (2)。
- 将工具 (B) 涂抹到油底壳密封垫 (4) 上的 (X) 位置。
