Cylinder Block
Usage:
(1) Liner counterbore depth in block ... .400-.402 in.(10,16-10,21 mm)
Liner projection above block-liner clamped down ... .0020-.0056 in.(0,051-0,142 mm)
(2) Bore in block-camshaft bearing ... 2.5625-2.5635 in.(65,088-65,113 mm)
(3) Bore in block-main bearing ... 3.8155-3.8165 in.(96,914-96,939 mm)
(4) Torque-turn-tighten bolts:
1. Lubricate threads and bolt seat with crankcase oil
2. Initial tightening (both bolts) ... 30 ± 3 lb. ft.(4,1 ± 0,4 mkg)
3. Mark bolt and cap
4. Tighten additional (from mark) ... 90°
