Usage:
1. Remove the crankshaft rear oil seal using the 1P3075 Puller Group.

Install Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal
8S5135 REAR SEAL TOOL GROUP
1. 8S5134 Pilot. 2. 1P5515 Bolts. 3. 8S2287 Cap Assembly. 4. 1P5514 Forcing Nut.
1. Use the 8S5135 Rear Seal Tool Group to install the crankshaft wear sleeve and the crankshaft rear oil seal.
2. Apply 7F2770 Cement to the outer diameter of the seal metal shell.
3. Lubricate the lip of seal, the outside diameter of the pilot, and the crankshaft wear sleeve with clean engine oil (SAE 30).
4. Install the seal over the pilot being careful not to damage the seal lip.
NOTE: Install seal with spring-loaded lip facing the front of engine.
5. Install the cap assembly over the stud on the pilot and against the seal face.
6. Install the forcing nut and tighten until the cap assembly butts against the flywheel housing. Remove the 8S5135 Rear Seal Tool Group from the crankshaft.
INSTALLING REAR SEAL
NOTE: To prevent possible oil leakage, install a new wear sleeve each time the crankshaft rear oil seal is replaced.
