Exhaust Recirculation Tube Assembly
Usage:
Remove Exhaust Recirculation Tube Assembly
1. Loosen bolt (1) and nut that holds clamp (2).
2. Remove bolt and nut (5). Remove nut (4). Remove tube (3).
3. Check gasket on valve.
Install Exhaust Recirculation Tube Assembly
1. Make a replacement of the gasket if it was damaged.
2. Put exhaust recirculation tube (1) in position on the air inlet manifold and exhaust recirculation valve.
3. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on bolt threads. Install nut (3). Install bolt (2) and nut. Tighten bolt to a torque of 32 ± 5 lb. ft. (43 ± 7 N·m).
4. Put clamp (5) in position and tighten bolt (4) and nut.
