Instrument Panel

Usage:

Remove Instrument Panel

1. Drain the coolant from the cooling system below the level of the cylinder head.

2. Disconnect oil pressure sensing line (1) from the oil pressure gauge.

3. Disconnect wire (2) from the instrument panel.

4. Remove bolt (3) that holds the water temperature sending unit clip in position.

5. Disconnect water temperature sending unit (4) from the cylinder head.

6. Remove bolts (5) and washers and remove instrument panel (4) from the engine.

7. Put identification on wires (6) and disconnect the wires from the gauges to the instrument panel.

8. Remove brackets (7) that hold the gauges in position. Remove the gauges from the instrument panel.

Install Instrument Panel

1. Put gauges (2) in position in the instrument panel. Install brackets (1) that hold the gauges in position.

2. Connect the wires from the gauges (2) to the instrument panel.

3. Put instrument panel (3) in position on the aftercooler housing and install the bolts and washers that hold it in place.

4. Connect the water temperature sending unit (5) to the cylinder head. Install bolt (4) and clip that hold the water temperature sending line in position.

5. Connect wire (7) to the instrument panel.

6. Connect oil pressure sending line (6) to the oil pressure gauge.

7. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level.
