Flywheel (Brakesaver)
Usage:
Remove Flywheel (Brakesaver)
1. Fasten tooling (A) and a hoist to flywheel (2).
2. Remove bolts (1) from the flywheel.
3. Remove flywheel (2) from the BrakeSaver housing. The weight is 55 lb. (25 kg).
Install Flywheel (Brakesaver)
1. Fasten tooling (A) and a hoist to flywheel (1).
2. Put flywheel (1) in position in the BrakeSaver housing.
3. Put engine oil on the threads of the bolts that hold the flywheel in place. Install the bolts. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 200 ± 20lb.ft. (270 ± 25 N·m).
4. Remove tool (A).
