1. Remove coolant from engine cooling system.

2. Remove covers (3), housings (4) and oil filter elements.

3. Disconnect vent line (2).

4. Remove bolts (1) from elbow.

5. Remove bolt and clamp (7).

6. Remove bolt (5) from support bracket.

7. Disconnect water line (6).

8. Remove oil cooler.

Install Oil Cooler

1. Put oil cooler (2) in place on engine and install bolts in elbow (1).

2. Install bolt in support bracket and connect water line to front bonnet.

3. Install bolt and clamp (4).

4. Connect vent line (3).

5. Install housing, oil filter elements and cover.

6. Fill engine with coolant.
