NOTE: This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS50075" as the Part number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
NOTE: This Revised Service Letter replaces the June 17, 2000 Service Letter. Changes have been made to the Affected Product and Parts Needed.

The 114-3365 Prechamber is internally eroding at the bottom between the flame holes. This early hour failure is causing high CO emissions, decreased engine efficiency, and is possibly contributing to detonation problems. This program allows replacement after a failure has occurred with the higher temperature prechamber.

Action Required
Replace prechamber assembly when prechamber needle valve is open too far.
1. Verify that the prechamber is eroded with a bore scope.
2. Drain engine.
3. Replace prechamber.
4. Fill engine.
5. Re-balance engine if required.
