Action Required
Check to see if the top of the valve cover is marked PS4370. If not, use an ECAP Service tool to determine if the ECM has already been reprogrammed. This program can not be implemented more than once.
Remove the engine valve covers and record the four digit trim code that is laser burned onto the top of the injector tappet of each injector.
Use the Electronic Control Analyzer Programmer (ECAP) Field Service Tool and enter the four digit trim codes into the ECM Program. The ECAP will prompt the serviceman to enter the codes.
If an injector does not have a trim code on the tappet, enter the default code of 1100.
Mark PS4370 on the top of the valve cover to indicate that this Program was completed.
