Description of Change: Stronger bracket assemblies are used in the circle groups on the above motor graders. The new brackets are wider and are bolted to the guards with two bolts. See Illustration 1. The former narrower brackets were fastened to the guards with just one bolt. Because they are wider and bolted to the guards with two bolts, the new brackets will help prevent damage to the guards.

Adaptable To: The new 8X2507 Bracket Assembly replaces the former 8W5232 Bracket Assembly in the circle groups on the above motor graders. The new 8X2507 Bracket Assembly can be installed on the guards in circle groups on motor graders shown in the chart if a second slotted hole (for each bracket) is added to the guard. Illustration 2 shows the locations and dimensions for the slotted holes.
