A New Generator Circuit Breaker Undervoltage/Shunt Trip Circuit is Now Used on Certain XQ800 Rental Generator Sets {4461, 4490, 7002}

Description Of Change: The new shunt trip circuit is used to trip the breaker and undervoltage circuit breaker is for undervoltage function only.

The following changes are adaptable to the products within the listed serial numbers, and are effective with all products after the listed serial numbers.

The 559-8229 Conversion Ar Gp is used to rewire generator sets with the new shunt trip circuit and undervoltage circuit breaker. Refer to Special Instruction, M0093090, Procedure to Update Generator Circuit Breaker Undervoltage/Shunt Trip Circuit on Certain XQ800 Rental Gensets for the rework procedure.
