  • 发动机部件磨损

故障诊断与排除测试步骤  数值  结果 

1. 检查发动机机油油位
 

机油油位
 

结果:发动机机油油位正常。

转至测试步骤 2。

结果:机油油位低。

修理:对机油油位不当的原因进行故障诊断与排除。

如果故障未得到排除,则转至测试步骤 2。
 

2. 检查曲轴箱呼吸器是否缺失或损坏
 

呼吸器堵塞
 

结果:曲轴箱呼吸器没有缺失或损坏。

转至测试步骤 3。

结果:曲轴箱呼吸器缺失或损坏。

修理:更换曲轴箱呼吸器。

如果故障未得到排除,则转至测试步骤 3。
 

3. 检查曲轴箱通风系统

注:发动机可能具有曲轴箱通风系统。 通风系统故障可能会使曲轴箱压力降低到最小允许设定值以下。
发动机曲轴箱压力可能会由于通风系统故障而降至太低。
 

通风系统
 

结果:曲轴箱通风系统正常。

继续测试步骤 4。

结果:曲轴箱通风系统不正常。

修理:有关曲轴箱通风系统的信息,请参阅原始设备制造商 (OEM) 维修信息。

如果故障未得到排除,则转至测试步骤 4。
 

4. 检查曲轴箱压力传感器

A. 连接 Cat® 电子技师 (ET) 与维修工具接头。

B。 将主断路开关转到接通位置。 请勿起动发动机。

C. 拆下机油加注口盖。

D. 使用 Cat ET 监控下列压力:

- 曲轴箱压力
 

传感器
 

结果:主断路开关处于接通位置时,曲轴箱压力在 0 的 0 ± 1 kPa (0 ± 4inch of H2O) 范围以内。

转至测试步骤 6。

结果:主断路开关处于接通位置时,曲轴箱压力不在 0 的 0 ± 1 kPa (0 ± 4inch of H2O) 范围以内。

继续测试步骤 5。
 

5. 检查电气接头和配线

A. 将主断路开关转到断开位置。

B。 彻底检查接头。 更多有关信息资料,请参阅故障诊断与排除, "电气接头 - 检查"。

C. 在接头导线上执行 45 N (10 lb) 拉力测试。

D. 检查线束有无磨损和夹点。

结果:接头和导线正常。

修理:更换传感器。

如果故障未排除,则转至测试步骤 6。

结果:接头和/或配线有故障。

修理:修理或更换接头或导线。 确保所有密封件都正确安装到位,确保接头都已接合。
