  1. Turunkan temperatur bearing (14). Pastikan untuk mencocokkan Dimensi (B) dan Dimensi (C) saat memasang bearing (14). Dimensi (B) menandakan sudut sambungan pada bearing (14). Dimensi (B) adalah 15° ± 1°. Dimensi (C) menunjukkan jarak dari bearing (14) ke bagian ujung lubang. Dimensi (C) adalah 4.000 ± 0.500 mm (0.1575 ± 0.0197 inch).

  2. Pasang seal O-ring dan penutup (9).

  3. Pasang rakitan roda gigi (12) dengan sumbat saluran oli (12A) menghadap keluar.

  4. Turunkan temperatur bearing (11). Pastikan untuk mencocokkan Dimensi (F) dan Dimensi (G) saat memasang bearing (11) pada rakitan adaptor (10). Dimensi (F) menandakan sudut sambungan pada bearing (11). Dimensi (F) adalah 15° ± 1°. Dimensi (G) menunjukkan jarak dari bearing (11) ke bagian ujung lubang. Dimensi (G) adalah 3.500 ± 0.500 mm (0.1378 ± 0.0197 inch).

  5. Pasang seal O-ring, rakitan adaptor (10), dan baut (9).

  6. Turunkan temperatur bearing (7A). Pasang bearing (7A) pada rakitan roda gigi (7). Pastikan masing-masing relief (H) berada sekitar 2° dari masing-masing relief pada rakitan roda gigi (7).

  7. Pasang seal O-ring (8) pada roda gigi (7).

  8. Pasang roda gigi (5) dan baut (6).

    Catatan: Peralatan (A) digunakan untuk menopang roda gigi (7) selama pemasangan penutup dan seal crankshaft belakang.

    Catatan: Lubang baut di roda gigi (7) tidak simetris. Saat memasang Peralatan (C), pastikan lubang baut lainnya di roda gigi (7) telah disejajarkan dengan lubang di crankshaft.

  9. Pasang roda gigi (7) dan Peralatan (C).

  12. Lepaskan Alat (C).
