曲轴位置传感器和凸轮轴位置传感器

发动机使用一个凸轮轴位置传感器和一个曲轴位置传感器。

凸轮轴传感器是一个 2 线传感器(无源传感器)。

曲轴传感器是一个 3 线传感器(有源传感器)。

曲轴传感器检测飞轮中的孔。 飞轮圆周中径向分部有 24 个钻孔 孔钻在 10 度中心线上。 这使两个孔之间存在一个 20 度宽的间隙。

发动机转速 / 正时传感器提供发动机转速和曲轴位置的信息到电子控制模块(ECM)。 传感器监控转速 / 正时轮的旋转。 无源传感器有一个线圈绕着永久磁铁,当转速-正时轮的轮齿通过磁场时,产生电压。 转速 / 正时轮安装在右凸轮轴的后部。

发动机转速 / 正时传感器产生与转速 / 正时轮轮齿模式匹配的信号。 ECM 监控信号脉冲的速度,确定发动机的转速。

转速 / 正时轮有一个专门的轮齿模式,用于表明凸轮轴的位置。 转速 / 正时轮有均匀分布的 36 齿和一个附加齿。 当附加齿后的第一齿与传感器中线对中时,1 号气缸在压缩冲程上止点位置。 当凸轮轴旋转一周或曲轴旋转二周时,所有 37 齿都经过传感器。

ECM 能使用来自发动机转速/正时传感器的信息计算曲轴位置。 ECM 根据发动机转速和负载确定要求的点火正时。 ECM 根据要求的正时发送电压脉冲到喷油器。

如果更换发动机转速/正时传感器,则传感器不需要标定且转速 / 正时轮不需要调整。
