A New Heat Shield Is Available for Certain 3512C Locomotive Engines {1067}

- 3512C (S/N: NJT1-UP)
Description of Change: The new heat shield provides improved coverage of the exhaust runner for cylinder #2 and improves heat shielding of electronic sensors.
Adaptable To: The new 478-7344 Heat Shield As replaces the former 357-5421 Heat Shield As. The new heat shield is adaptable back to first production for the serial numbers listed above.
The change is effective for the serial numbers listed in Table 1.
