测试准备

  1. 将一块 6000 kPa (870 psi) 压力表连接至测压口 (1) 。

测试步骤

  1. 起动发动机。

  1. 将液压油温度提高至 55°± 5°C (131°± 9°F)。

  1. 将机器控制装置设为以下设置:发动机转速旋钮 "1" 和 AEC 开关 OFF。

  1. 检查测压口 (1) 处的先导卸压阀设定。

  1. 先导安全阀设置应为 3950 ± 200 kPa (573 ± 29 psi)。

  1. 将机器控制装置设为以下设置:发动机转速旋钮 "10" 和 AEC 开关 OFF。

  1. 检查测压口 (1) 处的先导卸压阀设定。

  1. 先导安全阀设置应为 4200 ± 200 kPa (609 ± 29 psi)。 如果先导安全阀设定不在技术规格范围内,请调整先导安全阀。

  1. 如需调整先导卸压阀,请松开锁紧螺母 (4) 。

  1. 旋转调整螺钉 (3) ,直到测压口 (1) 的压力表读数处在技术规格范围内。

    注: 把调整螺钉 (3) 顺时针方向转动,以提高压力。 把调整螺钉 (3) 逆时针方向转动,以降低压力。

    注: 压力升高时,务必进行最终压力调整。

  1. 拧紧锁紧螺母 (4) ,扭矩为 49 ± 5 N·m (36 ± 4 lb ft)。

  1. 再次测试压力设定。 请参阅"测试步骤"。

注: 进行压力调整需要发动机和泵正常工作。 如果压力调整的结果不正确,则检查发动机和泵的特性曲线。
