Power Distribution PWA (MMS System Cabinet)

(1) Power distribution board |
The power distribution board (PWD) (1) provides power for the system. The board (1) contains the fuses for power that is used throughout the system. The PWD provides power for the following:
- 24 VDC power supply
- 230 VAC for the input
- 230 VAC for the output
Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, UENR3954, "Internal Component Preremoval Steps (MMS System Cabinet)" in order to shut down the system and gain access to internal components.
- Disconnect all connectors. Refer to Illustration 2. Verify each labeling on the connector with the location of the wire. Verify each label on each connector.
- Disconnect the nine white plastic standoffs that connect the board (1) to the left panel.
Note: The board (1) must be removed from the standoffs without bending the board (1).

- Position the board (1) in the cabinet over the nine white standoffs that are connected to the left panel.
- Push the board (1) onto all the standoffs simultaneously. Verify that all standoffs are locked in place.
- Connect the wire connectors into the correct connectors on the board (1). Check the labels on each connector for proper placement. Refer to Illustration 2.
