Exhaust Gas Valve (NRS) - Disassemble

Usage:

C18 ZPS

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the exhaust gas valve (NRS).

  1. Remove temperature sensor (1) .

  1. Remove bolts (2). Separate actuator assembly (3) from the valve housing (4) .

  1. Remove nut (8), washer (7), and solenoid (6) .

  1. Remove spool (5) .

  1. Remove O-ring seals (9) and (10) from spool (5) .
