- Use Tooling (B) to install the seals.

NOTICE If the water temperature regulator is installed incorrectly, it will cause the engine to overheat.

Illustration 4 g00602197 - Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to position water temperature regulator housing (4) on the engine. Install bolts (3).

Illustration 5 g03323651 - Connect tube assembly (1) and elbow (2) to the water temperature regulator housing.
- Fill the cooling with coolant to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".
