Oil Total Base Number (TBN) Test Kit Now Available To Dealers Outside The United States And Canada

The TBN test kit announced in the above article is now also available to Caterpillar Dealers outside the United States and Canada. These dealers should send the order stating the Purchase Order Number, quantity of test kits desired and Shipping Address to:

or, telex the same information using telex number 404435.

Upon receipt of the order, Caterpillar Service Technology Group (CSTG) will advise Anderson, Dunston & Helene Inc. to ship via Emery air freight, prepaid to the address provided. After CSTG is notified of shipment, the ordering dealer will be invoiced for the cost of the prepaid air freight and the TBN test kit. The invoice will be created here in Peoria and sent to the dealer as a Caterpillar Inc. invoice rather than a subsidiary invoice.
