Engine News SEBD9689, 24 January 2011, "A New Hose for the Air Lines Group Is Used on Certain C18 Marine Engines". Disregard this article. Refer to the article that follows.

Description of Change: A new hose is now used between the turbocharger compressor and the aftercooler on the engines that are listed above. The new design reduces swelling and forces clamping closer to the hose barbs. The new hose is a 140 mm (5.5 inch) double ring, single hump hose.

The new 368-4101 Hose (1) is a direct replacement of the current 150 mm (5.9 inch) hose.

The 368-4101 Hose is adaptable back to the first production of the listed engines. The change is effective at the factory with the engine serial numbers listed in Table 1
