建议的措施

环境气温

检查确认环境空气温度在建议的发动机限值内。 请参阅操作和保养手册, "寒冷天气起动"。 遵循给出的建议。

水套水加热器故障

确定水套水加热器是否正常工作。

如果水套水加热器没有正常工作,确定导致加热器故障的原因。 进行必要的修理。

冷却液温度传感器和/或电路有故障

当发动机暖机到工作温度时,使用 Cat ET 检查"发动机冷却液温度"参数的状态。 发动机温度升高时,温度也应稳定升高。 确保温度合理。

如果"发动机冷却液温度"参数的状态不合理,故障排除发动机冷却液温度传感器的电路。 请参阅故障诊断与排除, "传感器信号(模拟、无源)- 测试"。

水温调节器有故障

水温调节器应该在水套水达到调节器的开启温度时才开始开启。 让发动机冷却,然后起动发动机。 检查水套水出口的软管。 如果软管热但仍没有达到正常工作温度,表示调节器可能卡在打开位置。

如果怀疑水温调节器有故障,检查调节器的工作是否正常。 请参阅测试与调整, "冷却系统 - 测试"。 如有必要,更换水温调节器。
