- 根据下列规格，使用工具 (C) 将轴承 (18) 安装到泵体 (8) 上：
- 将轴承 (18) 在泵体 (8) 内侧放置到位，轴承斜面朝向泵体外侧。
- 确保泵接头的角度为 30° ± 15°（从中线穿过轴承孔）。 确保接头朝向泵出口油道。
- 出口油道在轴承孔之间的地方有一个槽。

- 根据下列规格，使用工具 (C) 将轴承 (17) 安装到盖 (11) 上。
- 将轴承 (17) 在盖 (11) 内侧放置到位，轴承斜面朝向盖外侧。
- 确保轴承接头的角度为 30° ± 15°（从中线穿过轴承孔）。 确保接头朝向泵出口油道。
- 出口油道在轴承孔之间的地方有一个槽。

- 在发动机机油泵的所有零件中使用清洁发动机油。
- 安装压力安全阀 (13) 和螺栓 (14) 。

- 在泵体 (8) 上安装 O 型密封圈 (15) 、盖 (11) 、螺栓 (12) 和螺栓 (16) 。
- 在轴上安装驱动齿轮 (5) 。

- 使用工具 (B) 将轴承安装到怠速齿轮 (4) 内。 确保轴承的怠速齿轮 (4) 外表面平坦。
- 安装惰齿轮 (4) 。
- 安装进油喇叭口 (3) 、锁紧螺母 (1) 和螺栓 (2) 。
