Removal Procedure

1. The engine can have the ability to auto start. Ensure that the power supply is isolated before any service or repairs is performed.

2. Disconnect breather hose (1) from bracket (2).

3. Loosen hose clamp (5) and hose clamp (7). Remove hose (6) from air cleaner (3) and the turbocharger.

4. Remove bolts (4) (not shown).

5. Remove air cleaner housing (3) from the mounting bracket for the air cleaner housing.

Installation Procedure

1. Position air cleaner housing (3) on the mounting bracket and install bolts (4).

2. Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 15 N·m (11 lb ft).

3. Install hose (6) to air cleaner (3) and the turbocharger. Tighten hose clamp (5) and hose clamp (7) securely.

4. Connect breather hose (1) to bracket (2).
