Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove engine side guards.

  2. Remove hood.

  3. Remove fan guard.

  1. Drain the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, ""Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change""for the correct draining and filling procedures

  2. Drain the hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil – Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

  3. Disconnect harness assembly (1).

  4. Disconnect hose (2). Disconnect hose assemblies (3).

  5. Install Tooling (A) and attach suitable lifting device. The weight of system cooling package (4) is approximately 318 kg (700 lb).

  6. Loosen bolts (5). Repeat for the other side.

  7. Remove bolts (6). Repeat for other side.

  8. Remove cooling system package (4).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install cooling system package (4) in the reverse order of removal.
