- 停止发动机。

图 1 g01278534 - 液压油滤清器位于泵室的左侧。 打开检修门。

图 2 g01278787 - 拆下滤清器并正确废弃滤清器。
- 在新滤清器密封件上涂上一薄层油。 安装新滤清器，用手拧紧到滤清器的密封与底座接触为止。 记住滤清器上分度标记相对于基座上固定标记的相对位置。
注: 在滤清器上有相互间隔 90 度或 1/4圈 的旋转指示记号。 当你拧紧滤清器时应利用旋转指示记号作为指引。
- 根据滤清器上的说明来拧紧滤清器。 将指示标记作为指导。 对于非 Caterpillar 滤清器，按照滤清器的使用说明来安装。
注: 安装时可能需要用到 Caterpillar 带式扳手或其它适当的工具来拧紧滤清器，直至达到最终安装要求的转动量。 要确保安装工具不会损坏滤清器。
- 关闭检修门。
