Some Single Part Numbers Have Two Half Bearings{7551}
Usage:
There have been reports of problems in the field when half bearings are ordered. The problems are:
...some parts books show the quantity of half bearings used.
...dealers order the quantity of half bearings; the shipment has two half bearings for each part number ordered, which gives the dealer double the quantity of half bearings.
It takes two half bearings to make a complete bearing in most applications like hydraulic cylinder bracket groups and engines. Two half bearings will be sent in a box that shows a quantity of one complete bearing (MQ1).
