Final Drive Oil - Change

(1) 机油油位/加注塞 (2) 机油排放塞 | |
- 定位一侧的终传动，使机油排放塞 (2) 处于底部。
- 卸下机油排放塞 (2) 和油位/加注塞 (1) 。 将机油排放到适当的容器中。
注: 请参阅操作和保养手册, "一般危险事项"中关于盛装溢出液体的信息。
- 清洁并检查油塞。 更换磨损或损坏的油塞。
- 将管道密封胶涂敷在机油排放塞 (2) 和油位/加注塞 (1) 上。
- 装上排放塞 (2) 。
- 通过油位/加注塞 (1) 的开口加油。
- 向终传动加油，使油位到达油位/加注塞 (1) 开口的底部。 参阅操作和保养手册, "润滑剂粘度"和操作和保养手册, "加注容量"。
- 安装油位/加注塞 (1) 。
- 在另一侧的终传动装置上重复步骤 1 至步骤 8。 不要在同一容器中把各终传动机油混在一起。 各终传动机油必须单独保存，进行步骤 15 的检查。
- 彻底清除任何溅溢的润滑油。
- 起动发动机，让终传动装置运转几圈。
- 关停发动机。
- 检查机油油位。
- 将机油油位保持在油位/加注塞 (1) 开口的底部。
- 检查排放的油中有无金属屑或颗粒。 如果有任何金属屑或颗粒，请与 Caterpillar 代理商联系。
注: 根据当地法规处理排放出的液体。
