Cooling System - Inspect

本发动机的冷却系统为压力式冷却系统。 压力式冷却系统有两个优点:

  • 压力式冷却系统可以在各种大气压力及高于水沸点的温度下安全地工作。

  • 压力式冷却系统可以防止水泵内产生气穴。

气穴是指因机械力引起液体中突然形成低压气泡的现象。 压力式冷却系统中更难以形成气穴或汽囊。

应定期进行冷却系统检查,以便在损坏发生之前确定各种问题。使用测试设备进行测试之前先目视检查冷却系统。

冷却系统的目视检查

  1. 检查冷却系统中的冷却液液位。

  1. 查看冷却系统有无渗漏。

  1. 检查散热器的散热片是否弯曲、空气流过散热器有无其它阻力。

  1. 检查风扇驱动皮带。

  1. 检查风扇叶片是否损坏。

  1. 检查冷却系统是否混入空气或燃烧气体。

  1. 检查散热器盖是否损坏。密封面必须清洁。

  1. 检查散热器芯中有无大量污垢。检查发动机上有无大量污垢。

  1. 护罩松动或缺失可能会导致冷却空气流动性差。
