- 将工具 (B) 和一个合适的举升装置连接到辅助水泵的轴上。 辅助水泵的重量约为 75 kg (165 lb)。
- 将辅助水泵置于工作台上。 标记壳体 (1) 、 (2) 和 (3) ，以便在组装时正确指向。
- 卸下螺栓 (4) 。
- 将壳体 (2) 和 (3) 从壳体 (1) 上分开。

- 用黄铜棒和锤子将密封件 (11) 从壳体 (3) 上拆下。
- 将轴承 (12) 和轴承 (13) 从壳体 (3) 上拆下。
