1. Pompa air

A. Periksa apakah ada penyumbatan di lubang leleh pada pompa air.

B. Periksa seal pompa air.

Perbaikan: Ganti pompa air. Untuk informasi lebih lanjut, rujuk ke buku petunjuk Pembongkaran dan Pemasangan.

Hasil: Pompa air tidak bocor.

Lanjutkan ke Langkah Pengujian 2.
 

2. Periksa kebocoran di inti oil cooler.
 

Inti oil cooler
 
Hasil: Tidak ada kebocoran yang ditemukan di inti oil cooler.

Lanjutkan ke Langkah Pengujian 3.

Hasil: Ada kebocoran yang ditemukan di inti oil cooler.

Perbaikan: Ganti inti oil cooler.
 

3. Jika engine dilengkapi dengan turbocharger berpendingin air, periksa apakah ada keretakan di turbocharger.
 

Turbocharger
 

Hasil: Turbocharger tidak retak.

Lanjutkan ke Langkah Pengujian 4.

Hasil: Turbocharger retak.

Perbaikan: Gantian turbocharger. Untuk informasi lebih lanjut, rujuk ke Buku Petunjuk Pembongkaran dan Pemasangan.
 

4. Periksa proyeksi liner silinder.
 

Proyeksi liner
 

Hasil: Proyeksi liner silinder OK.

Lanjutkan ke Langkah Pengujian 5.

Hasil: Proyeksi liner silinder TIDAK OK.

Perbaikan: Pasang gasket kepala silinder baru dan seal air baru di pelat spacer. Rujuk ke buku petunjuk Pembongkaran dan Perakitan.
 

5. Periksa cylinder head terhadap keretakan.
 

Keretakan pada cylinder head
 

Hasil: Tidak ada keretakan pada cylinder head.

Lanjutkan ke Langkah Pengujian 6.

Hasil: Ada keretakan pada cylinder head.

Perbaikan: Perbaiki cylinder head dan/atau ganti cylinder head. Rujuk ke buku petunjuk Pembongkaran dan Perakitan.
 

6. Periksa liner silinder terhadap keretakan.
 

Keretakan di liner silinder
 

Hasil: Tidak ada keretakan di liner silinder.

Lanjutkan ke Langkah Pengujian 7.

Hasil: Ada keretakan di liner silinder.

Perbaikan: Ganti setiap liner silinder yang retak. Rujuk ke buku petunjuk Pembongkaran dan Perakitan.
 

7. Periksa blok silinder terhadap keretakan.
 

Keretakan di blok silinder.
 

Hasil: Blok silinder tidak retak.

STOP

Hasil: Blok silinder retak.

Perbaikan: Perbaiki blok silinder atau ganti blok silinder.
