Bucket Linkage - Remove and Install

Usage:

304.5 ANR

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Remove and Install".

  1. Start the machine. Place the stick on the floor, as shown above.

  1. Remove two nuts (2) and bolt (1) .

  1. Remove pin (3) from the bucket cylinder.

  1. Remove linkage brackets (4) and four shims (5) .

  1. Remove two nuts (9) and bolt (8) .

  1. Remove pin (7) from the stick.

  1. Remove linkage brackets (10) and two shims (6) from the stick.

Installation Procedure

Note: Be sure that the pins and the pin bores are thoroughly clean prior to installation of the linkage brackets.

  1. Apply a thin coat of 1P-0808 Multipurpose Grease on the diameter of the pin bores and the pins.

  1. Align two shims (6) and linkage brackets (10) on the stick.

  1. Install pin (7) into the stick.

  1. Install bolt (8) and two nuts (9) into the pin.

  1. Align four shims (5) and linkage brackets (4) to the bucket cylinder.

  1. Install pin (3) into the bucket cylinder.

  1. Install bolt (1) and two nuts (2) into the pin.

End By: Install the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Remove and Install".
