Introduction

The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.

Problem

Reports have been received that the hydraulic hose assembly leaks on the machines listed above. The hose assembly leaks due to burst, split, pinholes, and poor crimping on the hoses.

Solution

New poly liner hose material and the couplings (MN to BN type) are being introduced to all the hoses listed in Table 1. In the event of failure replace affected hose assembly with the improved hose assembly.
