(1) 从前惰轮组件上拆下管塞并在此孔口上施加空气压力。 前惰轮组件应保持 245 至 265 kPa (36 至 38 psi)的空气压力至少 30 秒钟。 添加 0.18 ± 0.02 L (0.048 ± 0.005 US gal)SAE 30-CD 机油。 将 4C-4030 螺纹固定剂 涂抹在管塞螺纹上并安装管塞。
(2) 安装时，橡胶曲面密封和所有接触面必须清洁干燥。 组装前，在金属密封圈的接触面上涂一薄层 6V-4876 润滑剂 。 金属密封圈必须装配成方形。 橡胶曲面密封不能凸起也不能扭歪。
(3) 在密封的地方，用润滑剂润滑 O 形密封圈。
(4) 安装销，并确保切口处在规定范围内。 B-B 视图显示的是销的正确位置。

(C) 规定范围 ... 40 度 (D) 从惰轮轴中心线的角度 ... 20 度
(5) 组装前，先清除掉表面的防护涂层。
(6) 安装惰轮轴。 将印在惰轮轴背部端面上的 "R" 标记定位到前惰轮轴承。
