Instrument Panel - Inspect
检查仪表板状况是否良好。 进行自检。 所有警告灯应该点亮。 如果某个警告灯没有点亮，立即更换灯泡。 如果警报没有响起，检查并解决故障。
检查所有仪表的状况。 如果仪表损坏，立即修理或更换仪表。
正常工作期间，时常监视下列参数。
- 燃油滤清器压差
- 进气阻力
- 机油滤清器压差
在记录簿上记录数据。 把新数据和以前记录的数据进行比较。 新数据与记录数据之间的比较将确立发动机的正常仪表读数。 仪表读数不正常可能说明操作或仪表本身有问题。
发动机性能参数记录是保养程序的重要部分。 需要每天都记录发动机的运行状况。 这将有助于揭示发动机性能的走势。
发动机性能参数的数据有助于预测运行中的问题。 同时，这些数据可以给 Caterpillar 代理商提供有关资料,以便提出最佳操作的建议。
表 1 可用以作发动机性能的记录。 多做几份表 1 以备今后使用。 保存记录的资料以供参考。
