Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the push arms and the blade.

1. Position a suitable power truck under bulldozer stabilizer (1). Secure bulldozer stabilizer (1) to the power truck.

2. Disconnect grease hose assembly (2).

3. Remove pin assembly (3) and the shims.

4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for the opposite side.

5. Use the suitable power truck in order to remove bulldozer stabilizer (1). The weight of bulldozer stabilizer is approximately 264 kg (582 lb).

6. Remove nut (6) and the bolt. Remove pin (5) and connector (4).

7. Remove bolts (7) and the washers from plate (8).

8. Attach a suitable lifting device to slider (9). The weight of slider (9) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb). Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove slider (9).

9. Remove bolts (10) and the washers. Remove cover assembly (11).

10. Use Tooling (A) in order to remove bearings (12).

Installation Procedure

1. Install bulldozer stabilizer (1) in the reverse order of removal.

   1. Use Tooling (B) in order to install bearings (12).
