Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Release the system pressure.

2. Turn the battery disconnect to the OFF position.

3. Remove the window guard.

1. Remove cover (1).

2. Remove panel assembly (2).

3. Disconnect harness assemblies (3).

4. Disconnect harness assemblies (4).

5. Remove hose assemblies (5).

   Hoses located under cab.

6. Disconnect hose assemblies (6). Remove bolts (7).

7. Remove hose assemblies (8).

8. Disconnect cylinder (9).
   Show/hide table

9. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cab (10). The weight of cab (10) is approximately 907 kg (2000 lb).

10. Disconnect ground strap (11). Remove rear pin (12). Repeat for opposite side.

11. Remove front pin (13). Repeat for opposite side. Remove cab (10).

Installation procedure

1. Install cab (10) in the reverse order of removal.
