1. Install O-ring seal (12), seals (13) and (14) and seal (15) onto piston assembly (9).

2. Install O-ring seal (10) and seal (11) onto piston assembly (8).

3. Install head assembly (5), piston assemblies (8) and (9) onto rod (6). Install nut (7). Refer to Table 1 for the correct torque.

4. Install rod assembly (6) and head assembly (5).

5. Install set screws (4). Tighten set screws (4) to a torque of 3.5 N·m (31 lb in).

6. Install hose fittings (3) and bleeder screw (1). Install check valve (2). Tighten check valve (2) to a torque of 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

End By:

1. Install the hydraulic cylinder.
