液压压力高的危害。 在发动机停止后，本机器不会自动释放液压系统中的液压油压力。 利用操作员控制装置将无法释放液压系统压力。 在发动机停止后，系统中的液压油压力会保持一段时间。 如果在拆解过程中不小心，则可能会因为液压油压力的释放、热机油的释放或零件在力的作用下的分开而导致人身伤害或死亡。 在维修本机器或这些部件中的任何一个时，务必始终要极度小心。 将机器停放在水平路面上，然后将所有机具降至地面上。 突然移动机器或释放具有压力的机油会导致机器上或周围的人员受到伤害、甚至死亡。 在执行任何维修工作之前，让所有油液都冷却。 采用适当的预防措施以确保安全处置所有残余压力。 |

滚热的油或液压油的压力会对人员造成伤害。 发动机停机之后，液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前，如果不事先释放压力，可能会造成严重伤害。 卸下液压系统的部件或管路时，确保所有的作业机具都已降到地面上，而且液压油温度已冷。 只能在发动机停机，并且加注口盖冷却到可以用徒手触摸时才能卸下加注口盖。 |
- 将工具 (A) 置于吊臂下面。

- 拆下销组件 (2) 。 缩回斗杆油缸 (1) 。

- 将斗杆油缸 (1) 降至工具 (A) 上。

- 断开软管组件 (3) 。 此时请勿拆下接头 (4) 。 断开软管组件 (5) 。

- 使用适当的起吊设备支撑住斗杆油缸 (1) 。 拆下工具 (A) 。拆下销组件 (6) 。

- 降低斗杆油缸 (1) 至适当的垛架上。 斗杆油缸 (1) 的重量约为 363 kg (800 lb)
