Installation Procedure

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

1. Use two people to install bank valve (11). The weight of bank valve (11) is approximately 37 kg (82 lb). Install bolt (10). Tighten bolt (10) to a torque of 60 ± 12 N·m (44 ± 9 lb ft).

2. Connect hose assembly (9).

3. Install bolts (8). Tighten bolt (8) to a torque of 60 ± 12 N·m (44 ± 9 lb ft).

4. Connect ten hose assemblies (7).

5. Install cover (5).

6. Connect linkages (6).

7. Move floormat (4) in position over cover (5).

8. Install bolts (3).

9. Slide cover (2) downward and install screws (1).

10. Remove Tooling (A) from the hydraulic tank.

11. Fill the implement hydraulic system. Refer to the appropriate Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
