NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3562" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3562" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The final drive sun gears may fail due to pitting on certain 615C Tractors. New sun gears need to be installed.

Parts Needed
Dealers will need to order parts for this Program.

Action Required
1. Park the machine on level ground with the scraper bowl on the ground.
2. Drain the oil from the final drives. (Approximately 1.5 U.S. gallons per side)
3. Remove the 5V7615 Covers from the final drives.
4. Slide the axle and 8V0750 Sun Gear towards the outside until the end of the axle is even with the outside of the final drive housing.
NOTE: It is easier and quicker if the axle is not disengaged from the differential.
5. Remove the 8K6464 Rings and remove the 8V0750 Sun Gears.
6. Install the 8X6186 Gears and the 8K6464 Rings.
7. Slide the axle and gear into position in the final drive.
8. Install new 2R0239 O-rings in the 5V7615 Covers.
9. Install the covers and bolts.
10. Add oil to the correct level. (Approximately 3 U.S. gallons)
