Installation Procedure

1. Use two persons to install bank valve (17) onto the bracket . The weight of bank valve (17) is approximately 22 kg (49 lb).

2. Install bank valve (17). Install bolts (24).

3. Attach suitable lifting device to the backhoe bank valve. The weight of the backhoe bank valve with bracket (23) is approximately 40 kg (88 lb).

4. Install the bank valve and bracket (23). Install bolts (22).

5. Install four bolts (20) and nuts (19).

6. Connect hose assemblies (18) and tube assemblies (21) to bank value (17).

7. Connect hose assemblies (16).

8. Connect harness assemblies (13) and (15).

9. Reposition the harness assembly. Install straps (14).

10. Install tower assembly (11) and three bolts (12).

11. Install rods (10), pins (8), and lockpins (9).

12. Install plate (7) and screws (6).

13. Install cover (5) and screws (4)

14. Install floor mat (1), plate (3), and screws (2).

15. Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU9920, "Hydraulic Oil - Change".
