Start By:

a. remove inlet & exhaust valves

1. Remove valve seat inserts with Tool (A).

2. Clean and remove burrs from valve seat bore.

Install Valve Seat Inserts

1. Lower the temperature of the valve seat inserts and install them with Tool (A).

2. Grind valve seat inserts according to the specifications given in the Specifications Module.
